For coming to Australia to marry your prospective spouse, an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, and then apply for a Partner visa.

- Stay in Australia for 9 to 15 months
- Work and study in Australia
- Marry and then apply for a Partner visa in Australia
Requirements

- Have a sponsor who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen
- Intend to marry your prospective spouse before the visa ends
- Have met your prospective spouse in person as adults
