Form 956 - Complete this form if you are a registered migration agent, a legal practitioner or an exempt person, to notify us that you have been appointed by a client to provide immigration assistance, or your appointment has ended.
Purpose
This form notifies the Department of Home Affairs that a registered migration agent, legal practitioner or exempt person has been appointed by a client to provide immigration assistance, and where applicable to act as authorised recipient. It can also notify that such an appointment has ended.
