Who runs the site

YourVisaSite runs this website. It is independent of the Department of Home Affairs and the Australian Government.

YourVisaSite is not a migration agent or a law firm and does not give migration advice. Visa pages, reference lists and Visa Room posts are general information. Advice about your own situation comes only from a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer.

How practitioners and offers are paid

Practitioners appear on YourVisaSite only after a person checks their registration against the official register. A listing is not a recommendation or a ranking.

When a practitioner charges for a consultation or for their work, the fee is paid to them directly. YourVisaSite does not receive, hold or pass on practitioners’ fees or client money.

Student offers show their own referral disclosure before you follow a provider link.

How the information is prepared

Our editorial standards explain where the information comes from, how it is checked and dated, and how to report something out of date.
