A migration agent or lawyer
A complaint about a registered migration agent goes to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). A complaint about an Australian lawyer goes to the legal services regulator or law society of their state or territory. You can also tell us at admin@yourvisasite.com.
