Requesting access opens the practitioner application inside an Applicant account: create one or sign in, then submit your registration details. A person checks them against the official register before any practitioner tools open.

  • Today: what needs you now, confirmed dates and appointments, before anything else
  • Clients and matters you add yourself, with the people on each matter and its tasks, stages and dates
  • Questionnaires, checklists and matter templates you build once and reuse
  • Word templates, PDF form maps and documents generated from a matter
  • Practice money records: fee schedules, invoice drafts, bank statement import and a Xero export
  • Answering questions in the public Visa Rooms under your registered name, and running text sessions
  • A permission-based client workspace for shared requests and documents
  • Matter document uploads and file return, subject to the account and matter controls
  • A Chrome sidebar that shows a matter's saved facts beside an ImmiAccount draft, tracks which fields are empty and copies one value at a time for you to paste, for invited practitioners
