YourVisaSite

For registered migration agents and immigration lawyers

Where visa applicants find their practitioner

YourVisaSite is an independent Australian platform where people researching their visa book verified professionals. Listing is verification-gated, reviews are verified-booking-only, and your consult fees are paid straight to you.

Clients come to you

Applicants researching their visa on our guides, tracker, and community find your listing when they decide they need professional help. Your profile shows your registration number, expertise, languages, and verified-booking-only reviews.

Your fees stay yours

Consult payments go directly to your own Stripe account the moment a client books. We charge a flat technology fee per booking and a flat subscription — never a percentage of your fees.

Practice tools included

Matters, client portal, questionnaires, document templates, checklists, deadlines, and form-filling assistance for your own ImmiAccount session — built for Australian migration work, hosted in Sydney.

How joining works

  1. 1

    Apply with your registration

Create an account and submit your MARN or practising certificate details plus PI insurance. Verification is free.

  2. 2

    We verify, you publish

Our team checks your credentials against the public registers. Once approved, you control your listing — headline, subclasses, rates, availability.

  3. 3

    Take bookings, run matters

Clients book and pay you directly. Use the practice suite for as much or as little of your workflow as you like.

Pricing that never touches your fees

A flat subscription plus a flat per-booking technology fee. Client payments are direct charges to your own Stripe account — we never hold your money and never take a percentage.
