  3. Choose an appointment and complete the requested preparation.

  2. Complete the questions and document requests shown there.
  3. Use Messages to keep the conversation with that practitioner in one place.

Complete a questionnaire

  1. Open the request sent by your practitioner.
  2. Fill in the answers. Saved drafts let you return later.
  3. Review your answers, then submit. If a correction is requested, update the marked answers.

  1. Open Clients and add the client record.
  2. Create a matter for the work you are handling.
  3. Open Client & access in that matter to invite the client when ready.

  1. Open More, then Practice tools.
  2. Create a checklist, questionnaire or document template.
  3. Apply a saved version to the client's matter and review the result.

I cannot sign in

Use the same email address or Google account you registered with. If you use a password, request a reset email and open its newest link.

I cannot see an invitation

Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Review the named practitioner and case before accepting it. If the invitation has expired, ask the practitioner to send a new one.

My document is still processing

A document becomes available after its upload and processing finish. Check the status in the original request. If it reports a problem, follow the message there or contact Support with the request reference.

Did my message or email send?

Check the saved conversation and its status. A saved draft has not been sent. Queued means it is waiting; delivered means the email provider reported delivery. If a result is uncertain, retry the original action instead of composing a duplicate.

Can I use YourVisaSite on my phone?

Yes. The main tools are available through the phone navigation. You can also add the website to your home screen.
