Your information is stored in Australia. We never send your personal information to AI services, and we never contact the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf.
Practitioners can only see documents you explicitly share with them, and you can revoke that access at any time.
You can access or correct your information from your account page, or contact us to make a privacy request.

Retention & deletion

Documents in your vault stay until you delete them — deletion is immediate and permanent. Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit records of document access are retained as an integrity log. Analytics

We use cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count page visits and referrers so we can see which guides help people. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other sites.
