Complaints process

  1. Email the issue to support@yourvisasite.com with “Complaint” in the subject. We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond substantively within 10.
  2. Complaints about a practitioner’s conduct or advice: we can review their participation on the platform (listings, reviews, verification status), but their professional conduct is regulated externally — registered migration agents by OMARA, lawyers by their state legal profession body. We’ll point you to the right regulator.
  3. Privacy complaints follow the same channel; unresolved privacy complaints can go to the OAIC.

For anything urgent about an application before the Department of Home Affairs, contact the Department or your practitioner directly — we cannot act on your behalf.
