A permanent visa for a dependent child outside Australia to move to Australia to live with a parent who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

- Sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia
- Apply for Australian citizenship, if eligible
Requirements

- Be under 18, or 18 to 24 and a full-time student, or over 18 and unable to work because of a disability
- Be single
- Be outside Australia when the application is made
