What this service is. YourVisaSite provides general information about Australian visas, software tools for organising your own application, and a directory of independently verified migration practitioners. It is an independent service — not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or the Australian Government.
What it is not. Nothing on this platform is immigration assistance or legal advice. We never lodge anything with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf, and we never assess your personal circumstances. Personalised advice can only be provided by a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner — including those you may engage through the directory, who act under their own engagement with you.
Fees. Platform fees (such as the per-visa toolkit) are software fees, separate from the government Visa Application Charge and separate from any fee a practitioner charges you. Consultation payments go directly to the practitioner.
Your content. Tracker submissions, reviews, and comments must be truthful and yours to share. Reviews are only possible after a completed booking and are moderated. See the community rules.
