Use YourVisaSite for general information, source navigation, controlled Community participation and Applicant-initiated professional contact.
Independent platform
YourVisaSite is not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or the Australian Government. Platform content is general information, is not migration advice and is not reviewed by a lawyer or registered migration agent on behalf of the platform.
Professional services
A participating practitioner acts independently. A public contribution is not a private assessment. Any professional engagement, service agreement, fee, refund or client-money duty remains with the practitioner under the applicable rules.
Community use
Do not publish another person’s information, case identifiers, documents, copied social-media stories, unlawful content or misleading professional claims. Public contributions may be reviewed, hidden or removed for safety and policy reasons.
Account safety
Keep account credentials private. Never send government credentials through YourVisaSite. Access can be restricted where safety, verification, abuse prevention or legal obligations require it.
Free beta
Released beta features are free through 31 December 2026. No card is required. Stripe remains sandbox-only and no beta screen authorises a live charge, payout, client-money transfer or automatic paid conversion.
