- Form 40: Sponsorship for migration to Australia (parent, aged dependent relative, remaining relative, carer) — The sponsor's sponsorship for a parent or other family member to migrate.
- Form 80: Personal Particulars for Assessment Including Character Assessment — Personal particulars and character — commonly requested by the department.
