Form 1022 - Complete this form to notify the Department of any changes in your circumstances that affect any answer to a question in your application form.
Purpose
A form for telling the Department that a change in the person's circumstances now affects an answer they previously gave in a visa application. It fulfils the notification obligation under section 104 of the Migration Act 1958.

Who lodges it
The visa applicant or visa holder whose circumstances have changed.
When it is used
Used when something about the applicant's or holder's situation changes so that an answer given on a lodged application (or during a matter such as a proposed visa cancellation) is no longer accurate. A separate form is used to correct information that was incorrect when given rather than changed later.
