Form 949 - Complete this form if you are seeking sponsorship from a state or territory business development agency authorised for the purpose of sponsorship under the Business Skills (Residence) - State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (subclass 892), State/Territory Sponsored Investor (893).
Purpose
This form records a formal sponsorship from an authorised state or territory business development agency, which is required for certain state/territory-sponsored Business Skills residence visa subclasses. It can also be used to seek release from an original sponsor when relocating.
