About this copy
Original factual summaries describing what each official form is for and who lodges it. No form fields, layout or text are reproduced; the official PDF remains the only form.
Platform-authored navigation; no lawyer or registered migration agent reviewed this catalogue. It does not assess eligibility, points or suitability for any person.
Purpose
This form is used to notify a state or territory business development agency of an intending business migrant's details and area of business interest so the agency has basic knowledge of the applicant and can provide information about business and lifestyle in that jurisdiction.
Who lodges it
The visa applicant who has applied, or intends to apply, under a relevant Business Skills residence subclass, completing and sending the form to one or more state or territory agencies.
When it is used
It is used before lodging a Business Skills class visa application, when an applicant chooses to notify the business development agency in a state or territory where they intend to operate a business; the completed form is then included with the visa application.
