Form 922 - Complete this form if you are a Business Skills visa holder and as required, you are notifying the Department of Home Affairs of your change of residential address.
Purpose
This form lets holders of Business Skills visas record their Australian residential address with the Department of Home Affairs and report any subsequent change to it. It is a notification document rather than a visa application.

Who lodges it
The visa holder, including any family-unit members aged 18 or over who each hold a Business Skills (Provisional, Residence or Permanent), Business Innovation and Investment, or Business Talent visa.
When it is used
It is used after a relevant Business Skills visa is granted, to notify the initial residential address within the required timeframe after arrival or grant, and again whenever the address changes during the early period following arrival or grant.
