Form 47a - Complete this form to provide details of your child or any other dependent Join or bring family member aged 18 years or over, even if they do not intend to migrate with you.
Purpose
Captures information about a member of an applicant's family unit who is aged 18 or over, so the Department has details of each family member whether or not they intend to migrate.
