Form 424a - Complete this form if you want to access your own personal information or documents held by the Department of Home Affairs and other Australian Government departments.
Purpose
This form is used to request access to personal information or documents held by the Department of Home Affairs, under the Privacy Act 1988 and/or the Freedom of Information Act 1982. Requests may be processed under the Privacy Act (generally within 30 days) or under the FOI Act, including where a request is complex.
