Purpose
This form supports a student affected by COVID-19 who is applying for a further Student (Subclass 500) visa or a Temporary Graduate (Subclass 485) visa, documenting the disruption to their studies so it can be considered as part of that visa application.
Who lodges it
It is completed and signed by the student's registered education provider, and the completed form is then included by the student with their online visa application.
When it is used
It is used at the time of online visa lodgement by students whose course completion or study location was disrupted by COVID-19, and must accompany the relevant Subclass 500 or Subclass 485 application.
