Form 1466 - Complete this form to request an extension of payment date of an advance passenger processing infringement.
Purpose
This form is used by an aircraft operator to formally request more time to pay an Advance Passenger Processing infringement notice. An authorised officer considers the stated reasons and advises in writing whether an extension is granted.
