Form 1463 - Complete this form to request approval to travel to your country of reference under visa condition 8559 as a primary or secondary holder of a Permanent Protection visa.
Purpose
This form is used to request written approval to enter a person's country of reference where visa condition 8559 would otherwise prohibit that travel. The Department assesses whether compassionate and compelling circumstances justify the entry before any approval is given.
