Form 1447 - Complete this form to request a no further stay waiver for conditions 8503, 8534, 8535 or 8540.
Purpose
This form is used to ask the Department to waive a No Further Stay condition (such as conditions 8503, 8534, 8535 or 8540) that otherwise prevents the visa holder from applying for most further visas while they remain in Australia.
