Form 1446 - Complete this form to provide written notice of your request to withdraw a visa application.
Purpose
This is the written notice used to formally withdraw a visa application that is currently on foot with the Department. Once a withdrawal is accepted, no further action can be taken on that application and any future request requires a fresh application.
