Form 1436 - Complete this form after a visa application has been lodged and you want to add an additional applicant to your application, as specified in this form.
Purpose
This form is used to add a further person to a visa application that has already been lodged but not yet decided, where the relevant visa allows applicants to be added after lodgement. It captures the new person's details and supports any applicable charge.
