Form 1429 - Complete this form and provide the information contained within the form to immigration detainees who are under 15 years of age and incapable persons, and the parent/guardian/independent person representing them, when conducting their identification test.
Purpose
A standardised script and record for conducting a biometric identification test (photograph) on a minor under 15 years of age or an incapable person in immigration detention under the Migration Act 1958, delivered in the presence of a parent, guardian or independent person. It documents that the required information was given and understood.
