Form 1428 - Complete this form and provide the information contained within the form to adult immigration detainees 18 years or older when conducting their identification test.
Purpose
A standardised script and record for conducting a biometric identification test (photograph and fingerprints) on an adult in immigration detention under the Migration Act 1958. It ensures the required information is read to the person and their understanding is documented.

Who lodges it
