Form 1427 - Complete this form to accept that as an independent person your role will be to observe the biometric identification test, and in the event of a disagreement about the conduct of the test, offer assistance.
Purpose
Explains the role of an independent observer at a biometric identification test conducted under the Migration Act 1958 and records that person's agreement to act in that role. The independent person observes the test and may later be asked to recount what occurred.
