Form 1424 - Complete this form to request a refund from the Department of Home Affairs for eligible circumstances, as specified in this form.
Purpose
Requests a refund of a paid Visa Application Charge or related fee in the limited circumstances where a refund may be available. It captures the reasons for the request and the details needed to return an approved amount.
