Form 1413 - Complete this declaration form if you lodged your original Significant Investor stream visa application before 1 July 2015 and are required to provide the Department of Home affairs with a declaration in relation to managed funds.
Purpose
This form is a fund manager's declaration confirming to the Department of Home Affairs that a managed fund meets the definition in Regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994 and will limit its investment to the categories permitted for a Significant Investor stream applicant.

Who lodges it
The relevant fund manager completes the declaration and fund details, while the primary visa applicant provides their own client details.
When it is used
It is relevant to subclass 188 Significant Investor stream applications where the original visa was lodged before 1 July 2015; applications lodged on or after that date use form 1413D instead.
