Form 1383 - Complete this form if you want to apply for temporary residence in Australia as a retiree.
Purpose
This form is used to apply for renewal of a temporary retirement visa in Australia. It covers eligibility conditions, sponsorship, supporting evidence, declarations and payment for the retiree visa streams.

Who lodges it
The primary retiree applicant, who also includes their partner (spouse or de facto partner) where applicable; the application is lodged with the required state or territory sponsorship.
When it is used
Used by holders of an Investor Retirement (subclass 405) visa or a Retirement (subclass 410) visa who are applying to renew that visa, subject to sponsorship and financial conditions.
