Form 1281 - Complete this form to confirm as a visa applicant that you have read, or had explained to you, the information provided by the Australian Government on Australian society and values.
Purpose
This form sets out the shared values of Australian society and contains a signed statement in which the signatory confirms they understand those values and undertake to conduct themselves accordingly and to obey Australian law during their stay.

Who lodges it
