Form 1005 - Complete this form to replace a ceased bridging visa, to change bridging visa conditions or to provide lawful status during judicial review.
Purpose
This form is used to apply for a Bridging visa A, B or C, including where a previous bridging visa has ceased, where a bridging visa with different or nil conditions is wanted, or where judicial review of a decision has been sought. It supports lawful status while a substantive visa or review matter is resolved.
