Form 1002 - Complete this form if you hold a Dependent Child subclass 445 visa and you want to add you, or any dependants, to your parent's permanent partner visa application.
Purpose
This form allows a person holding an Extended Eligibility (Dependent Child, subclass 445) visa to be added to a parent's permanent partner visa application. It provides the pathway for that child, and any of their own dependants, to be included so the permanent partner outcome can extend to them.
