Form 1000 - Complete this form if you are nominating a global talent applicant and you are an Australian citizen, resident, eligible New Zealand citizen or an Australian organisation.
Purpose
This form records a nominator's attestation supporting a person's application for a National Innovation (subclass 858) visa, confirming that the applicant has an internationally recognised record of exceptional achievement in their area of talent and would be an asset to the Australian community. It is lodged together with the visa application as part of the assessment.
