Home Affairs updates Partner visa (subclass 309/100) offshore page

The Department of Home Affairs has refreshed its official webpage for the Partner visa (apply overseas) (subclass 309 and 100). The page states that the visa lets the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen live in Australia, and that the temporary and permanent partner visas are applied for together.
