Sharing experiences helps everyone — but under Australian law only registered migration agents and Australian lawyers can give advice about your circumstances, and scam “agents” actively target visa groups. Before paying anyone, check them on the official register ↗, read the Home Affairs scam warnings ↗, and never trust anyone who guarantees a visa. Every practitioner here is registration-checked.
Top-level comments in the feed are reserved for verified practitioners. Anyone signed in can reply and ask questions. This keeps answers reliable.
No one — practitioner or not — can responsibly answer questions about your own circumstances in a comment. If we spot one, we'll point you to the practitioner directory instead.
Only users with a completed booking can review a practitioner — one review per booking. Reviews are moderated before publishing, and the practitioner always has a right of reply.
Visa outcomes are decided by the Department of Home Affairs and can never be guaranteed. Listings, posts, and comments containing guarantee language are rejected or removed.
Tracker submissions must reflect real applications. Submissions that look implausible or duplicated carry less weight or are rejected, and repeated abuse is blocked.
Every post, comment, and review has a report button. Reported content goes to a human moderation queue. Repeat or serious breaches lead to removal and account action.
Grant cards are auto-generated from consented tracker submissions and show only the subclass, the months involved, and the rounded wait. Never post screenshots containing application IDs, dates of birth, passport numbers, or names — yours or anyone else's.
In a practitioner AMA, ask about processes, timelines, and rules in general. Questions about your own circumstances get pointed to a private consultation — that's the law working, not the community being unfriendly.
Following a subclass gets you the same community aggregates everyone sees, delivered weekly. Nothing in a digest is about your case, and every email has a working unsubscribe link.
