Community rules
The short version: be honest, be general in public, and leave personalised advice to verified practitioners in private consultations.
Practitioners lead, everyone can ask
Top-level comments in the feed are reserved for verified practitioners. Anyone signed in can reply and ask questions. This keeps the information quality high.
No personal advice in public
Questions about your own circumstances can't be answered responsibly in a comment — by anyone. When we detect one, we'll point you to the practitioner directory instead. Practitioners must not give personalised advice in comments either.
Reviews are verified and moderated
Only users with a completed booking can review a practitioner — one review per booking. Reviews are moderated before publishing, and the practitioner always has a right of reply.
No outcome guarantees
Visa outcomes are decided by the Department of Home Affairs and can never be guaranteed. Listings, posts, and comments containing guarantee language are rejected or removed.
Tracker honesty
Tracker submissions must reflect real cases. Implausible or duplicate submissions are down-weighted or rejected; abuse is rate-limited.
Report, don't retaliate
Every post, comment, and review has a report button. Reported content goes to a human moderation queue. Repeat or serious breaches lead to removal and account action.
