Home Affairs updates Subclass 601 ETA page with fee and processing details

The Department of Home Affairs updated its official Subclass 601 Electronic Travel Authority page on 12 August 2025. The current version states the visa allows stays of up to three months per visit and carries a AUD 20 service charge for using the Australian ETA app, with no separate ETA fee. Most applications receive an immediate outcome, but processing may take longer if the application is incomplete or more information is needed.
